INTERNAL REGULATION

I.I. - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

1. Conditions of admission and stay

To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. The latter is responsible for ensuring that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal regulations are applied. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one may take up residence in the campsite.

 

2. Police formalities

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with the written authorization of their parents.

In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code de l'entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d'asile, the manager is required to have foreign guests complete and sign an individual police form on arrival. This must include

1° Surname and first names ;

2° Date and place of birth;

3° Nationality;

4° habitual place of residence.

Children under the age of 15 may appear on the form of one of the parents.

 

3. Installation

The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

 

4. Reception desk

Open from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 in off-season, and in high season (July and August) from 9:00 to 19:00.

At the reception desk, you'll find all the information you need about the campground's services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, local tourist attractions and other useful addresses.

A system for collecting and handling complaints is available to customers.

 

 

5. Display

These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are handed out to any customer who requests them. In the case of classified campgrounds, the classification category with the mention "tourism" or "leisure" and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, and can be consulted at reception.

 

6. Departure arrangements

Customers are asked to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before.

 

7. Noise and silence

Guests are asked to avoid any noise or chatter that might disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks must be closed as discreetly as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to run at large. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. The campsite manager ensures the peace and quiet of his customers by setting times when silence must be maintained.

 

 

8. Visitors

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. The customer may receive one or more visitors at the reception desk. Campground services and facilities are accessible to visitors. However, use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are not permitted in the campground.

 

9. Vehicle traffic and parking

Inside the campsite, vehicle speed must be limited to 10 km/h. Traffic is permitted 24 hours a day.

Only vehicles belonging to campers staying in the campsite may circulate in the campsite. Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in.

 

10. Behavior and appearance of facilities

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that might impair the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to dispose of waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be disposed of in the garbage cans. Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Laundry may be hung out to dry in the communal dryer. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. in the vicinity of the accommodation, on condition that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be done from trees.Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or make plantations. It is forbidden to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, or to dig up the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible. The site used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.

 

11. Safety

a) Fire.

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.

 

b) Theft.

The management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own equipment and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the manager. Customers are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

 

12. Games

No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities. The meeting room may not be used for boisterous games.

Children must always be supervised by their parents.

 

13. Dead garage

Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the agreement of the management, and only in the location indicated. A charge may be made for this service.

 

14. Infringement of house rules

In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users, or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give the resident formal notice to cease the disturbance.

In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

 

II - SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Entry to the swimming pool is reserved for campsite guests only.

Only one vehicle per pitch is permitted.

Children not accompanied by their parents, or without their parents' authorization, are strictly forbidden to leave the campsite near the "La Robine" canal.

The campsite is classified by prefectoral decree as a flood zone for the Aude river, in accordance with the Submersible Plan approved in 1949.

In the event of flooding, follow the instructions.

Mini-golf is free for all campers, under parental supervision.

Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. All animals must be vaccinated and presented with their vaccination certificate.

 

II - A N N E X

INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THE INFORMATION LEAFLET GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS RENTING A PITCH FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A MOBILE LEISURE HOME PRIOR TO SIGNING THE RENTAL CONTRACT

 

Customers wishing to rent a site on a year-round basis are systematically given an information notice by the operator before signing the rental contract. They certify that they have read it.

Customers renting a year-round pitch under a renewable one-year contract may not elect domicile in the campsite or residential leisure park.

The information notice must include the following information before the rental contract is concluded:

 

Contract content

SIRET number, opening period, number and surface area of the rented site, specifying the layout of the leisure accommodation on the rented site and the conditions of renewal, including the conditions of compensation in the event of non-renewal of the contract at the manager's initiative, if the owner has contributed to the costs of installing his accommodation.

Identification of the owner of the accommodation (name, address, etc.) and of the persons authorized to stay on the site, type of mobile leisure home: make, model, color, date of manufacture and purchase, surface area and maximum capacity (in number of people), identification of the supplier of the mobile leisure home (name, company name, address, warranty conditions and liability).

 

Outdatedness

The obsolescence of a mobile leisure home is assessed on the basis of a description drawn up jointly by the site lessor and the owner of the accommodation. This description includes the following information: interior and exterior condition of the mobile leisure home, exterior appearance, general condition of the chassis, mobility, safety and environmental aspects, additional equipment (if any, to be determined with the manager).

 

Miscellaneous points

The tenant must have insurance covering his mobile leisure home (notably against theft, fire or explosion, as well as civil liability). The site operator will inform the tenant of :

- limitations on the number of people on the pitch ;

- the conditions of use of the garden shed.

 

The operator and the tenant agree on the conditions for any subletting of the mobile home.

In the event of sale of the mobile leisure home by the manager, it may be agreed that the owner of the outdoor accommodation will remunerate the manager with a commission of an amount fixed in advance by mutual agreement, corresponding to the effective handling of visits and marketing of the said accommodation.

 

On changes to internal regulations

Where applicable, the notice must inform the customer at least six months before the effective date of substantial modifications to the house rules.

 

Obligatory reminder of regulations applicable to the installation of outdoor accommodation

 

a) Definition of a mobile leisure home:

Mobile leisure homes are habitable land vehicles, intended for temporary or seasonal occupation for leisure purposes, which retain the means of mobility enabling them to be moved by traction, but which the highway code prohibits from being driven (article R.* 111-33 of the town planning code).

 

b) Rules governing the installation of mobile leisure homes:

In accordance with article R. 111-34 of the French town planning code, mobile leisure homes may only be set up on the following developed sites:

- regularly-established campsites

- residential leisure parks;

- vacation villages classified as light accommodation under the Tourism Code (art. D. 325-3-3 of the Tourism Code).

 

They may not be installed on private land. Pursuant to article R. 111-34-1 of the French town planning code, mobile leisure homes may not be installed on a site that has been the subject of a transfer of full ownership, a transfer of corporate rights giving entitlement to ownership or enjoyment, or a rental for a period of more than two years, located within a campsite, vacation village or family home.

 

Mobile leisure homes may be stored, with a view to their next use, on sites designated for the collective parking of caravans and mobile leisure homes, parking areas open to the public and vehicle depots (art. R. 111-35 of the French town planning code).
